Mohamed El Khatib wanted to write a drama based on the interviews he conducted with his mother. Her premature death in 2012 suddenly stopped the project. The gathered material is a collage of newspaper extracts, electronic and telephone messages, conversation transcripts, videos, short dialogues with his father.

Mohamed El Khatib is a French writer, director and performer of Moroccan origin. In his work he attempts to confront drama text with other media such as film, video, installation and newspapers. Within only one year, he became the biggest revelation of the French new theatre.
